Edge Hound Personal Data Protection Policy

Knyaz Boris I, fl. 3, office 4, Republic of Bulgaria, UIC 207496782 ( “Axion Edge”, “we” or “us”), an operator of the Edge Hound platform available on EdgeHound.com ( “Edge Hound”).       At Axion Edge, we are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly. When using Edge Hound we may need to process personal data about you.       Cookies are small text files which are transferred to your computer or mobile when you visit Edge Hound website or app. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies, to help us track activities on Edge Hound website such as pages visited, time and date and IP address. Cookies also retain your details and preferences so you can smoothly resume browsing sessions as you return to Edge Hound website.

      You may choose which cookies are enabled when using Edge Hound from your Account Settings. If you enable “Advertising” cookies we may use them for behavioural advertising.       We use certain personal data (such as your names, email address, country and data about the use of Edge Hound) in order to provide to you the services available on Edge Hound.
      Our legal basis for processing your personal data for this purpose is that it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you (under Edge Hound Terms and Conditions).

      We may use certain personal data (such as your names, email address, country and data on how you engage with Edge Hound) for internal administrative purposes, such as ensuring and improving the quality of our services and analytics.
      Our legal basis for processing your personal data for these purposes is the pursuit of our legitimate business interests to (i) maintain, improve and modify the operation of our services, (ii) develop new features and functionalities of our services, and (iii) ensure the integrity of our services.

      If you have opted-in for marketing, we may use certain personal data (such as your names, phone number, email address and country) for marketing purposes, for example – to send you newsletters and other marketing information directly.

      We are committed to ensuring the safety of your personal data, we take responsibility to meet the applicable legal standards for protection of personal data and we are taking appropriate technical and organisational measures.

      Axion Edge, as a data controller, will process your personal data in electronic form and on paper in a manner, guaranteeing their security, including by protecting them from unauthorised access or loss, through appropriate organisational and technical safeguards, in accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations and this Privacy Policy. Your personal data will be processed only by persons authorised by Axion Edge and will not be provided to third parties, except for as envisaged in this Privacy Policy. Some of the safeguards we have implemented include, but are not limited to: secure server location, data encryption, logged access, role-based access.
  7. How long do we store your personal data?
    1. 7.1
      We will not store your personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed or when there are legal requirements on the storage periods – in compliance with such requirements. The period for which we store personal data depends on the purposes for which we collect and use it and/or as required to comply with applicable laws and to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights. When no longer required, we will destroy, erase or de-identify your personal data.

      Generally, we will store your personal data for as long as you use your Edge Hound account. We will monitor account activity and if your account is not used for a period of more than 1 year, we will suspend it and will no longer store your personal data (including usage history), except if required by applicable law for accounting or other purposes.

      Generally, we are processing your personal data within the EU and are not transferring your personal data to countries outside the EU. However, whenever we may transfer your personal data to a country outside the EU, we will take appropriate measures to ensure such transfer occurs in compliance with the applicable personal data protection regulations. Please refer back to check changes as they are effective once posted on Edge Hound website. In using our services, you accept this Privacy Policy as it applies from time to time. We will let you know if we make important changes.
